Claims Reporting

SAIF retains Highland Claim Services and First Managed Care Option to process the fund's claims.

All package, workers’ compensation, auto and school leaders liability claims should be reported using the on-line claim form. School Leaders Liability claims may be reported using the general liability claim form.

Highland Claims Services will initiate supplemental benefits claims when the workers’ compensation claims are reported.

All boiler and machinery and mold protection claims should be reported to Highland Claim Services using the property claim form.

All Environmental Liability and Security Guard claims should be reported to Highland Claim Services using the general liability claim form.

Student Accident claims should be reported directly to Maksin Management, Inc. or Bollinger Inc., as appropriate, using the claim forms provided by them.
